Thank you!

Dry environment, because when molecules diffuse they go from a higher concentration to a lower concentration.
Reply:Vapor pressure is much greater in dry air than wet

When air is 100% saturated (swimming pool) no transpiration is possible - then as air becomes drier - evaporation rates increase and wet bulb temperature decreases.

All liquids want to evaporate - its easier to do so when the air is dry - hence the greater vapor pressure.
