Roundup will work, but only in the short run.... iwould recomend finding a company that does a preemergant service.
Pre emergant is prayed on your landscape and will stop SEEDS from germinating... it works very well and makes tyour weed pulling alot easier(picking on here and ther from time to time within a 6 month period)
look into it.
if you want to "act like you know everything about it to the company rep, ask them what preemergant chemical they use. There are 2 kinds i know of 1. Pendullum 2. Barracade.
Barracade works alot better, so just browse around.
