How can I get myself smelling "fresh as a daisy"?

I take alot of showers but I can never get my body smelling clean enough. I use alot of body soap. I love the "warm vanilla and sugar" products from bath and body works. What products from that line should I use? How much should I use? Where should I use it?

You may need to change your choice of scent. Sometimes, based on your body's own chemistry, some perfumes/scents don't work as well or put out the desired aroma...it actually reacts to your body's chemistry in a counterproductive way. My cousin had that problem....so what she did was started to use unscented (or very lightly scented like Caress) soap and then she only used the body spray. She would spray that on both before AND after she got dressed...her clothing actually ended up smelling more along the scent she wanted. Not all scents/perfumes would do that for her, just certain ones.

Reply:You may smell fresher than you think. Usually an individual cannot smell themselves. Ask a good friend if you smell fresh. Explain why and I'm sure you'll get an honest answer.

If you still feel you need to be cleaner, you might try an antibacterial or deoderant soap and get away from the special scents. They may not be cleansing the skin properly. Also, instead of using a wash cloth, try a body sponge with a buffing side that will gently buff off the dead skin cells. Everyday millions of dead skin cells fall off our skin. You may need to give them a hand.

Good luck and Merry Christmas!
Reply:i think ur paranoid about the way u smell
Reply:Daisies actually smell bad, but try Dr. Bronners Peppermint Soap. Try a natural soap and see if it better. Deoderant soaps are too strong and can be bad for your skin.
Reply:bath in bleach
Reply:everywhere except the vaginal area. Soap messes up the PH balance there and may make u smell worse. Just clean it with just water when ur showering.
Reply:Sometimes the scent of the product your using could be the problem. I love the Warm Vanilla Sugar stuff from Bath and Body Works, but it makes me smell funny. Sometimes you should just shop around and try new soaps. My favorite is soft soap's Lavendar %26amp; Chammomile (however you spell it). It makes me smell gooood!

But, if you are determined to use the Warm Vanilla and Sugar line, I'd get the body wash, and some plain bar soap (Dove, or something with close to no scent from Walmart) and wash under your arms and any other sweaty places with the bar soap, and use the body wash for your arms, legs, etc. Then use a non scented deoderant (Like Powder Fresh or something, not some fancy scented one) that way it will leave you smelling fresh, but it won't take away from the Warm Vanilla Sugar and make you smell like you have too many things going on... Hope this helps. Sometimes it takes forever to figure out what combination makes you smell your best!
Reply:Don't worry about using too much heavily-scented stuff. In fact, one time I sniffed a person, who had just this very mild scent like a plain soap, and I just about went crazy with desire. There are such a thing as pheremones, you know; you don't want to mask those! They make guys attracted to you. Just a plain %26amp; simple shower will leave you smelling clean, fresh, and delicious!! But even I must say, the Tutti Dolci cream is wonderful. When I use it, I put on my arms. legs, butt, tummy and breasts.
Reply:I use baby dove or baby's own soap in the shower, it is so mild and smells so subtle and nice...

I discovered I loved this soap when I was out of body wash and all that was in the shower was my baby's soap...

This is all I use now and it is very gentle on the skin...

I find that the milder smelling soap a person uses, the cleaner they smell...

Seriously!
