Daisy wheel printers are primitive printing devices used in early computing history to produce print material. Paper is forwarded by knotched wheel that roll continuous paper fed through the printer. Printing is accomplished by pen strikes at various locations on paper in order to achieve print. This style of printing has been replaced largely by laser and ink jet products.
