The violet stands for faithfulness, the daisy for innocense, the lily for innocense all that smell good.?

How can the pelican flower smell like rotting meat? How can some smell good and others smell so bad?

Ah my dear, all that looks beautiful is not necessarily sweet. Sometimes the littlest and ugliest can smell so sweet it can take your breathe away. What some would call weeds are just as pretty to see. :D
Reply:Some plants use scent to attract flies and wasps as pollinators, rather than bees. Pheeeewwww!
Reply:Flowers, like People, have some excellent examples, and also some 'poor' varieties...!!
Reply:no. i have never smelt a bad scent from any flower. but i learned, violet means forgive, daisy means love, and the lily means peace.
