What about the names Jasper for a boy and Daisy for a girl?

Jasper is an English form of Gaspar or Caspar, the name of one of the Three Kings or Magi.

Daisy is a pet name for Margaret, based on the similarity between this name and the French name of the flower: marguerite. (Margaret is actually from a Greek word meaning 'pearl'.)

I actually kinda like both of them, but especially Jasper. (I know someone named Jasper, and he's an all-around nice guy.)

What about the names Jasper for a boy and Daisy for a girl?
go for it!!!
Reply:Cute. My dad had an uncle named Jasper.
Reply:THEY ARE VERY GOOD NAMES. NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. EASY TO SAY AND SPELL.
Reply:Love Jasper. Daisy's good too.
Reply:Ummmm - no - they are both terrible.
Reply:Winner!!

Absolutely great - two lovely traditional names, but also realtively uncommon (without being made-up, foolishly spelt, pretentious or 'ghetto')
Reply:I'm not keen on Jasper ... reminds me of Casper the friendly ghost or a name from the 50s. But Daisy is very pretty.

Of course, if you really like Jasper... go with your instinct! No matter what name you choose, you'll find people who don't care for it.
Reply:Jasper is nice

but Daisy...I don't know, it would be kind of hard to take someone seriously if their name was Daisy, it is a beautiful name though.

Good luck!
Reply:I like - great names!@~
Reply:I agree with some of the others who answered, that these names remind me of dog names....
Reply:I like Jasper.

I do not like Daisy unless you are naming a pet. Can you imagine her sending out her resume later in life with the name Daisy on the top? You might as well get her a boob job and send her to the truck stop.
Reply:If they were dogs or cats those names work - I know of animals with those names - they just do not make sense to me for a child
Reply:i like this names . daisy is a beautiful name and jasper is a very nice name too.
Reply:I really like the name Jasper, but the name Daisy, no, I don't like it at all.

Reply:Jasper Wynter

Daisy Summer
Reply:Respectfully, someone will ask them both where to find the hay loft. It's too country. What about Jay and Dee?
Reply:daisy isnt my favourite name but is fine for a little girl... i like lauren, hannah and chelsey..

Jasper for a boy though,,,, seriously dont do it,,, my uncle has a bird called jasper, my aunt has a dog called jasper, its common as a surname and a pets name but not really for a child,,, but its your choice and opinions vary,,,

just try to think of your child grown up in a proffesional role and think if the names would suit then
Reply:i dont like Jasper sounds like a pompous English Butler

Daisy is ok
Reply:I like both names, they are cute. I wanted Daisey for my first daughters name but my X husband wouldn't have it. I like Jasper too, it is cute. I met a little boy at my kids school named Jaspen and though that was a very cute name.
Reply:Jasper sounds like a dog, and I like Lily better if you want to use a flower name. Daisy isn't that bad though.
