the author gave her a name metaphor. she is very much like her name. the name daisy describes her. she is like the flower, golden and white and bright. what other details and evidence can i use to support what i say? i need a lot cuz im doing an essay.

Reply:Did you pick that topic? It's very restricting. There are a lot of other topics concerning symbolism and metaphors that you could do... like, the weather (seriously). Geography. The Green Light, The Valley of Ashes, The Eyes of Doctor T. J. Eckleburg... are a few of the big ones. If you do have to keep to that topic, good luck filling it out to a whole essay. I wrote one on a topic similar but a bit wider, and I used name metaphors for about a paragraph.
