I lost my hamster three and a half hours ago and I can't find Daisy anywhere?

Two hours ago, my sister was holding my hamster and my jumped and ran away. We have been looking everywhere and we can't find Daisy. Does anybody know where to find a hamster in a house of open doors?

I would put her cage on the floor and leave the door to it open, no matter how many interesting things there are in the house they will always go back to their cage to run in the wheel.

Also if you dont want to wait so long take an empty bucket put a clothe (like a wash rag or something similar it has to be small) over it and have some way for the hamster to climb on the clothe (like a little ladder) put food on top of the clothe and when the hamster steps on it to eat the food it will fall in and cannot jump out.
Reply:try dark corners. like underneath the bed. my hammie loves to hide under my bed.
Reply:Keep the doors closed at all times, put food on the carpet/wood floor and wait the next day, then go look back and if the food is gone, your pet hamster is probaly still alive. if it is not gone its probably um.. dead or it just new it whas a trap and didn't go for the treat. when you finally see the food is gone, try it again but this time watch and hide so daisy does not see that your watching. sorry you lost your poor hammy! hope i helped! (also try using the cage to lure it back)
Reply:put food out in the open and when it comes grab it
Reply:well if the doors were open to go outside then it ran outside, if not then its probabley hiding in small narrow dark corners, they like to squeeze into tight areas.
Reply:My cousin's hamster did this once. First, close all the doors that lead outside. If you have any other animals put them out side or in a room.Get her cage out and open it up.Then put out her favorite food in the cage maybe a trap or someone could stay up. My cousin found his hamster the next day.
