If I connect as USB/Firewire external hard drive to my computer via USB can I daisy chain to a Firewire Drive?

I have a Firewire only External DVD Burner





Is there an USB/Firewire External Hard Drive that can bridge the two - USB connection to Laptop %26amp; Firewire between External devices?

If I connect as USB/Firewire external hard drive to my computer via USB can I daisy chain to a Firewire Drive?
Not that I have ever heard of, but if you have a PCMCIA port you can get firewire with a pc card.
